I think the pacing was good, but 20 % is really low - I had many many tosses right after upgrading to master where I only got tails. Maybe make it 25 or 30, and then each upgrade only increases chance by 1?
I really enjoyed the over all concept of it, I have always liked these incremental games with coin flipping, but the pacing is just a bit uneven. At some points it goes too slow and at others it goes too fast, it kinda just needs some tweaking. Other than that though I really liked it and I think there are lots of opportunities to make this a bit longer.
